At a lecture at the University of Idaho on March 13, 2009 Chief Justice John Roberts who was speaking about the life of Abraham Lincoln, promised to review evidence in briefs and petitions submitted to the Supreme Court regarding Barack Obama's eligibility to serve as President. His promise to review the evidence which has yet to be heard by the Supreme Court was witnessed by around a thousand people in attendance at the lecture.

The issue of Obama's Constitutional eligibility to be President has been raised before the Supreme Court four times without being given a single hearing. A pending case involves 120 military officers who want the issue clarified in order to know if they are obligated to follow the orders of a Commander in Chief who may or may not meet Constitutional requirements for U.S. President.

Scalia is quoted as saying, "Bring the case, I'll hear it, I don't know about others." In Idaho, the Chief Justice said he would at least read through the eligibility challenge which is at least a step in the right direction if it actually happens.

However, John Roberts is the same guy who "accidentally" muddled the Jan. 20 oath of office administered with Obama's hand on the Lincoln Bible. His "accidental" wrong reading of the constitutional swearing in made it possible for Obama to take the oath in "private" in the Oval Office where "No Bible could be located" for administering the oath.

Maybe our new Muslim leader is afraid to swear on the Bible to uphold and defend the Constitution he is obviously in the process of destroying.
