Why has no one recognized role of the media in the bailout. No one seems to have noticed the obvious change in journalism from unbiased news reporting to liberal biased predictions for propaganda purposes. Today's media is nothing more a Socialist propaganda machine.
There was no economic emergency and no reason to panic--until the media predicted it. American industry has weathered far worse disasters than anything faced by AIG, the housing market, a higher than usual S&L housing inventory. or low confidence in the market.
But after the moment the taxpayer was tapped to bail out AIG, the media saw an opportunity to further undermine the capitalist system and began screaming the housing market was plummeting, the S&L's were falling, and the stock maret was plummeting.
In order to avoid the lending crisis, the real estate glut, and the stock market plunge that consumed every newscast that invaded America's living room, the viewing public began selling off it's assets.
Well, guess what, all the media predictions became reality.
