The Blame

Anyone who blames President Bush for the war in Iraq because they think Iraq had nothing to do with 9-11 is an idiot. Do liberals all have Alzheimer's? Don't they remember it was the "Islamic Nation" which includes Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, Saudi, et al, who proudly claimed credit for 9-11? Did they forget the bodies of Sadam Hussein’s victims?

Now the liberal chumps are falling for the media and Obama's "blame BP" line. BP is just a scapegoat to distract us from Obama's latest legislative fiasco. As soon as he drives them into bankruptcy, the oil companies he is vilifying will be targets for govt. takeover.

Almost 3 months later we still don't know what caused the spill. No investigation. No clean up. Nothing but bad TV, big parties, and rubbing elbows with the glitterati.

The Horizon's blowout protector should have prevented the spill. After all, it was either inspected or sabotaged by Obama's stooges just weeks before it "malfunctioned." Also, there's no plausible explanation for what happened at the wellsite either. Blowouts happen all the time. It took something bigger than a blowout to explode the rig and the wellsite. And it had to coincide with the blowout protector "malfunction."

Conspiracy theory or not, It took a series of mysterious mal-functions to create the worst oil spill in history. And the biggest mal-function of all time was the 2008 election.

What documents?

Obama’s mysterious birth certificate is just the tip of the iceberg. There are at least 25 missing documents. In fact, we have NO objective evidence proving Barack Hussein Obama even exists.
We know NOTHING about the man who now occupies the U.S. White House. Every theory of his identity is based on what he (or more likely Bill Ayers) wrote in his so-called autobiography.
From his actions to date, one might logically assume he is an Enemy Agent.

The lazy U.S electorate

In 2008, the lazy U.S electorate was defrauded and a subversive entered the U.S. Presidency. By joining the brigades of like thinking liberals in the U.S. Legislature Barack Obama has systematically destroyed many of the liberties guaranteed to us by the U.S. Constitution which he swore to support and defend. The U.S. Supreme Court was established to assure justice and to enforce the Constitution, but it too has been compromised by the appointment of liberal justices.

The Court was established to defend the rights of the America’s people from the oppression of a too powerful government. But the Court has been perverted by the oppressive intent of Barack Obama and his power seeking Legislative cohorts and the liberal Justices serving on the Supreme Court. At this point we can no longer rely on the U.S. Supreme Court to defend our rights. They have become what they were established to defend against.

The Court has abandoned the intelligence of the U.S. Constitution for the emotions of the Jim Jones of American politics, Barack Obama. They now defend America’s enemies and terrorist attackers from outside our country along with the Progressives from within whose daily attacks on our constitutional rights are leading us to the dictator type regime from which the founding fathers escaped and through the Constitution intended to avoid.



Obama's own attorney general now discusses making exceptions to the Miranda warnings for terrorist suspects. Of course he would apply it to all criminal suspects. It is so very important to him that we take our time and deal fairly with terrorists while their bombs blow us off the earth.

By refusing to act on Obama's lack of identifying documents, and against his Attorney General to defend us from terrorism, they are joining Obama in escalating the destruction of our country. As a result we are helpless in the non-violent defense of our rights. They have abrogated their responsibility as the last resort for achieving justice and are jeopardizing not only our constitution, but our very existence on the earth.

Only Antonin Scalia, Clarence Thomas, John Roberts and Samuel Alito have dissented in the decisions of five Supreme Court justices who have repeatedly defended Jihadists treating them as if they were no more dangerous than a few juveniles on a beer binge.


Following Bill Clinton’s insistence on prosecuting the World Tower bombers in U.S. courts, we were attacked by terrorists. As a result of the intense oversight of George W. Bush America experienced NO additional terrorist attacks. During the entire seven years after the terrorist attack of 9-11. Under the leadership of George W. Bush further attacks were averted and under the orchestrated under the lax oversight of Bill Clinton‘s administration on 9-11. However, during less than two years after the inauguration of Barack Obama, U.S. citizens, with little help from Homeland Security, have thwarted (EIGHT) terrorist attacks. The illegal entry of these terrorists is defended by the courts everywhere except Arizona. Their continued illegal residence is encouraged by the refusal of our elected officials and appointed judiciary to enforce existing laws.

Bleeding heart liberals insist execution, even for treason, does not deter violence or treason, but very few executed individuals are released into the public to repeat their crimes. We should have already executed Faisal Shahzad, Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, and the underwear bomber, we will have at least eliminated three repeat terrorists. But it won't happen because the Supreme Court say they should get full protection including the Miranda warning.
Elena Kagan whose only qualification is having 'sealed” Obama's records' will be no exception.


As an admirer of both George W. and Laura Bush I am dismayed to hear she may be wavering in the battle for the right to life.
As a Christian, I agree that abortion is an abomination in the eyes of God. However, I believe the argument against abortion on religious grounds has already been lost and because we are compelled by the Bible to "render unto Caesar," I view the issue of protecting the unborn with the law as a lost cause. Those arguing for abortion often cannot justify their religious need with their personal greed and thus cannot allow the logic of religion to enter patriotic debate. But as a Christian of U.S. citizenship, I have found the logical argument to be more defensible than an argument based on religion.

Many disagree about when life begins, but no one can present a scientific case that 'life' as biologically defined not having begun after the embryo has implanted in the mother's uterus.
At the time of implantation, the embryo acquires sanguineous citizenship as a result of acquiring the mother's blood and depending on the geographical location of the mother at the time of implantation possibly territorial citizenship as well.
Therefore, an embryo implanted in a mother who is a U.S. citizen is also a U.S. citizen and deserves the same protection afforded any other U.S. citizen (i.e. life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness). To interfere with those rights is and should be a crime.
Neither sanguineous nor Territorial citizenship independent of each other confers Natural born Citizenship.

Certification of Live Birth is NOT a Birth Certificate

It is amazing to me how many Americans, including Mr. Nowlin, misread the ’certificate’ posted online by Obama. What he posted online is NEITHER a “Birth CertifiCATE” nor a “CertifiCATE of Live Birth.” Instead, he posted a “CertifiCATION of Live Birth” which is a totally different thing than the Birth CertifiCATE or CertifiCATE of Live birth.

The terms “Birth CertifiCATE” and “CertifiCATE of Live Birth” are used interchangeably to designate the official document used to prove an individual’s date, time, place, parentage, and citizenship . The terms “Birth CertifiCATE” and “CertifiCATE of Live Birth” are NOT interchangeable with the term “CertifiCATION of Live Birth.” Individuals are issued a “Birth CertifiCATE” or “CertifiCATE of Live Birth” by the state in which they were born. Those Certificates are recognized across state lines through reciprocal agreements.

A “CertifiCATE of Live Birth is the official document issued to confirm a child was born alive to a specific woman at a specific time in a specific place. The “Birth CertifiCATE” or “CertifiCATE of Live Birth” is developed from the official document completed by an authorized physician and/or nurse in attendance at the birth. Its accuracy is attested to on the official birth record which is completed onsite immediately after the birth. Health professionals authorized by their professional license and the facility where they are employed attest to the accuracy of the information with their signature which is sealed with an official stamp or seal securely maintained by the facility in which the birth occurs.

A “CertificCATION of Live Birth” merely certifies that unofficial information has been received by an agency of government from an unauthorized individual. The information may be submitted by a witness in no official capacity who has reason to know that an individual exists, and/or was born alive. It may or may not include the date, time, and place of birth and does not include the authorized signature of a licensed physician or nurse and does not contain the seal signifying its legitimacy. It is not based on an official document and its accuracy is entirely dependent upon the truthfulness of an unauthorized individual.

At the time Obama claims to have been born, individuals born in Hawaii received a Hawaiian “CertifiCATE of Live Birth“ also called a “Birth CertifiCATE.” Individuals born to residents of Hawaii, but NOT born on U.S. soil received a “CertifiCATION of Live Birth” like the one posted online by Obama on his website and later by the Annenberg site, factcheck.org.
The CertifiCATION of Live Birth posted by Obama is NOT proof he was born in Hawaii. In fact, it is more likely he was not born there as it was the document issued to individuals NOT born on U.S. soil. It is more likely proof of his INeligibility for the office of Presidency than proof of eligibility.

Abortion

As a Christian, I believe abortion is an abomination in the eyes of God. Americans may disagree about when life begins, but there is no disagreement about the transfer of nutirents via the mother's blood to an embryo implanted in her uterus. Thus at the time of implantation, the embryonic child becomes a U.S. citizen by jus sanguinis.

Therefore, an embryo implanted in the uterus of a U.S. citizen is also a U.S. citizen by jus sanguinis and deserves the same protection afforded any other U.S. citizen (i.e. life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness). To interfere with those rights is and should be a crime.

As to the issue of the natural born citizenship requirement for eligibility for candidates for the U.S. presidency, Neither sanguineous nor Territorial citizenship independent of each other confers Natural born Citizenship. A natural born citizen must be born of two American citizens on American soil thus acquiring both types of citizenship.

When the posted COLB was proved a fraud, Obamanites began to tout the supposed newspaper announcement(s) of his birth. The first posts of the announcements which have now disappeared from the internet were in a different typestyle and posted crooked within the column. They were so obviously photoshopped, a child could have generated them and when they too were proved fraudulent, they were removed and replaced with the more recent posts which are more expertly generated, but still push the announcement under Obama's into the next column and just like the others are still such obvious fakes that only an Obamanite blinded by adoration could believe them to be legitimate.

Of course even if Obama was born in the White House on the Fourth of July, he will never be a natural born citizen because as he admits in his fictionalized autobiography, his father was not a U.S. citizen.

Obama was vetted only by the corrupt Democrat Party and only an Obamanite operating under the delusion of Obama as the newly coronated messiah would ever be able to convince themselves that he is eligible for the presidency of the United States of America.

Vetting Presidential Candidates

Both Liberals nor Conservatives have problems wrapping their minds around the concept of any person being allowed to run for the Presidency without first having been investigated and certified eligible by some qualified federal agency.

Everyone including those the Congress and the media apparently assumed that Obama was thoroughly investigated by some huge government agency and met the constitutional requirements for presidential candidates. They insist the FBI and possibly the CIA vetted him before he entered the race.

However, neither the FBI, the CIA, the Electoral College, the U.S. Congress, the U.S. Election Commission or any other federal agency vets Presidential candidates. Instead, they are vetted only by the nominating PARTY. Party officials are required to complete and sign a form certifying them eligible for the presidency. However in the case of Obama, Nancy Pelosi, on behalf of the Democratic National Committee, submitted the required certification of Obama’s eligibility only to the state of Hawaii which is the only state where it is required. The form was apparently changed to certify only that Obama ‘was’ the candidate and the changed form was submitted to the other 49 states.

As the DNC must surely have known, Obama will NEVER meet the Constitutional requirements for natural born citizenship. By his own admission his father was not a U.S. citizen at the time of his birth and even if he had been born on the White Lawn on the Fourth of July, he can never meet the criteria of being the child of TWO U.S. citizen parents.

As a result of the subversive activities of the DNC, we now have an absolute unknown in the White House. We have NO idea who he is, much less if he is constitutionally eligible to lead our country. And we must know. We must determine who this stranger in the White House is and we must prosecute him for fraud if he is not who he has claimed himself to be.

We must do it NOW before our country erupts in violence.

Obama's Supreme Court Nominee

Both Conservatives and Liberals might as well get used to Elana Kagan on the Supreme Court. Like Obama, we're stuck with her.

While Dean of Harvard Law, she had access to the records Obama has spent millions to hide.

She's got the dirt on him so he's stuck with her, plus he probably loves it that she's a wimp and a boob without the intellect or will to send him to trial when the colossal fraud he has perpetrated on the American public becomes public.

Not to worry though. It's just Extortion as usual.

The U.S. Judicial Department

The U.S. Judicial Department upon which America has traditionally depended for administration of justice is turning a blind eye on Obama’s obvious violation of our constitution. As a result, we have no idea who is in OUR White House. This is a man who was elected to serve US, a man who works on OUR property, and is OUR employee.

As Americans we are taught that our system of justice will enforce laws to protect us from anarchy. But in the case of Obama, we are being abandoned by the very system we have trusted to administer the law of peaceful co-existence. At some point as our rights are persistently ignored, we may become so oppressed as to erupt in violence.

Every day more evidence emerges to indicate that Obama is, in fact, be an enemy agent out to destroy our country. As his employer the American people have every right to know who is in every position of leadership in OUR country. Not only is Obama, our employ, he is entrusted with the freedom and our continued existence on the planet. He has failed at both.

As Americans we hate the idea of the violence especially within our borders, and especially if it results from inaction by the Judicial system we trust to protect us from such eggregioius actions as would lead to violence. However, as an Americans we are committed to the peace that can only result from the orderly regress of differences. At this point I have no hope for justice in Obama’s case and I fear the American people will become so ignored and oppressed as to erupt in violence.

'natural born citizen'

The term 'natural born citizen' in Article II of the U.S. Constitution is not defined in the constitution itself. However, it was a well understood term at the time and is defined in numerous letters and documents between the founding fathers.

The definition has been clear to everyone since the Constitution was signed. In fact Obama himself made it clear he understood the term during his campaign for U.S. Senate. When he was questioned by an opponent about his Kenyan father, he reminded his opponent his natural born citizenship was not at issue because he was running for the Senate, not the Presidency. ("Natural born citizenship" is a requirement only for candidates for the U.S. Presidency and does not apply to U.S. Senators, etc.)

The founding fathers added Article II to avoid a situation similar to what is happening under Obama. They were aware that when Poland elected a disloyal non-natural born leader who partitioned their country it was almost destroyed.

Okay, I admit it. I'm paranoid, but then anyone who is not, is either asleep, stoned, or unconscious.

I became suspicious when the MSM hardly noticed David Hayes, Obama's newly Appointed head of Minerals Management, when he declared immediately after the oil spill that the Horizon had been inspected at least three times this year including the last inspection only 3 weeks before the blow out. It struck me that the malfunctioning Blow out Protection device was either not inspected or it was sabotaged?

Either way, the blow out came at a very convenient time for Obama. Here's a few of the interesting coincidences:

(1) The oil spill occurred just before the global warming summit.

(2) The spill began soon after it became obvious that Al Gore's global warming experts were frauds.

(3) The spill began almost immediately after Obama sucked up to U.S. Oil money by reversing his previous "no offshore drilling" policy by issuing his "Explore baby, Explore" edict which severely troubled the global warming greenies.

(4) And the oil spill enabled Obama to reverse his previous reversal by placing a moratorium on offshore exploration and drilling.

Now he can waltz off to the Global Warming Summit arm in arm with another CRISIS!!

Does that all sound too darned convenient or not?

Am I just paranoid? Or am I paranoid because there's an enemy agent in the White House? (Even the paranoid have enemies you know)

It's a very deep question.....

People without God

So many nations, groups, and individuals were starving for God that when Obama came along and gave them hope, though false, it filled a void and he was able to mesmerize groups, nations, and individuals. So many are invested in his evil and concealing it that we may never know the truth which may be a blessing because the truth may be more terrifying than we can grasp.

I see the human response to Obama's terrorism every day. Every morning I awaken with dread of what may have happened to our world, our country, and our people while I was sleeping. I feel oppressed and hopeless and I see the same feelings in the eyes and actions of others.

Obama is fulfilling the commitment of the Islamic Nations who promised to "destroy America from within" after they failed to destroy us on 9-11. Under his administration, terrorists have joined forces with the North Korean, Russians, and others who are jealous and full of hatred for our blessed country and our great people.

Our only comfort is knowing that God is still in charge and that at some point justice will prevail. While we wait for justice, we cannot give up. We must do all we can to rid ourselves and our country of this horrible cancer that is infecting every aspect of our lives.

The list does not include the more heinous crimes of which he is most likely also guilty.
False Impersonation of Officer or Employee of the United States (18 U.S.C. § 912), with a penalty of a fine or imprisonment of not more than three years, or both.

Conspiracy to Commit Offense or to Defraud the United States (18 U.S.C. 371), with a penalty of a fine or imprisonment of not more than five years, or both.

Activities Affecting Armed Forces During War (18 U.S.C. 2388(a), with the penalty of a fine or imprisonment of not more than 20 years, or both.

False Statement in Application and Use of Passport (18 U.S.C. 1542), with a penalty of a fine or imprisonment of not more than 25 years (if the offense was committed to facilitate an act of international terrorism); 10 years (in the case of the first or second such offense, if the offense was not committed to facilitate such an act of international terrorism or a drug trafficking crime), or both.

False Impersonation of a Citizen of the United States (18 U.S.C. 911), with a penalty of a fine or imprisonment of not more than three years, or both.

There should be many more charges against him such as theft of trillions of taxpayer dollars and the murder of U.S troops ordered not to fire on the suicide bombers who murdered them.

My investigation of Obama 5-27-10

The moment I learned Obama was being considered for the U.S. Presidency, I began researching his background. I read his books which are full of errors and so poorly written, I could hardly focus on what was little more than a long communist sermon.
I read at least 10 articles every day from various world sources via google alert and when it became clear to me that he is little more than a lying communist, I committed to posting something somewhere every day about his obvious ineligibility for the Presidency and his equally obvious disloyalty to America. I have kept those commitments. However, despite encountering his supporters with the truth of his various schemes, I cam claim credit for convincing perhaps a handful of his supporters that he is not the savior they believe him to be.

Though I have recently discovered a few online sites for those who voted for him and now have regrets, all of my friends with clout such as professors, attorneys, politicians, and judges, without exception, are deaf to anything less than praise for this man who appears to be little more than an enemy agent. They believe anything they hear him say and nothing they see him do. And they still blame George W. Bush for every unfortunate consequence of Obama's actions. They truly 'believe' in Obama.

On several occasions, he has asked the American public to "believe" in his various schemes and he seems to have some spiritual power over individuals. The most intellectual and successful appear to be the most vulnerable to his powers.

The parallels between him and Jim Jones are tremendous. And like Jim Jones followers, the liberals have given the koolaid of oppression and outrageous taxation first to their children and are now preparing to willingly swallow the poison themselves in the form of pension losses, etc.

I know Obama says what people want to hear, regardless of the truth and the truth is concealed by the Saudi controlled media, but I simply do not understand the mesmerizing power he seems to have over intellectuals. He has admitted to being a student of Hitler and Alinski and he uses many of their techniques, but the most intelligent of those I know still support him despite having read the books by those communists and dictators, but seem unable to connect them to the overt copycat actions of Obama. I simply cannot understand it.

Does anyone understand this phenomena?

Mockery by mainstream media appears to have pushed Obama to abandon his proposal to require veterans to carry private health insurance. His plan was to include them in Obamacare and require them to cover the estimated $540 million annual cost for treatment of injuries to military personnel received during active duty. He admitted being puzzled by the magnitude of opposition to the ridiculous proposal.

He complained, "Look, it's an all volunteer force. Nobody made these guys go to war. They had to have known and accepted the risks. Now they whine about bearing the costs of their choice? It doesn't compute. I thought these were people who were proud to sacrifice for their country.”

He said, "I wasn't asking for blood, just money. With the country facing the worst financial crisis in its history, I'd have thought that the patriotic thing to do would be to try to help reduce the nation's deficit. I guess I underestimated the selfishness of some of my fellow Americans."

Apparently he thinks veterans should pay for their own health care, but the tax payer should pay for the healthcare of deadbeat illegal immigrants on welfare.

So far four individuals David Kellerman, Donald Young, Lt. Quarles Harris, and Bill Gwatney, all of whom had access to potentially incriminating information about Barack Obama have died mysteriously.

The most recent, David Kellerman, 41, Chief Financial officer for Freddie Mac was found dead in his home from what police called an apparent suicide. He worked for Freddie Mac, the No. 2 mortgage finance company in the U.S. for sixteen years, before it was seized by Obama. Mr. Kellerman was known to be successful, well regarded, and a stable family man. Police said he hanged himself, but refused to give details. The government appointed CEO, David Moffett, resigned after six months on the job.

Donald Young, 47, Chicago Choir Conductor at Jeremiah Wright‘s Trinity United Church of Christ and school teacher was found shot to death inside his South Side Chicago home. The death was ruled a homicide. Young joined two other openly homosexual young black men from the church attended by Obama for twenty years, Larry Bland and Nate Spencer, who were also murdered within 40 days of each other. Obama was known to be friendly with at least two of the deceased. Donald Young contacted him shortly before being murdered. In a book by Larry Sinclair, an openly gay acquaintance. Obama is alleged to have engaged in a drug and homosexual lifestyle with Mr. Young and others at the Jeremiah Wright church.

Lt. Quarles Harris, 24, a key witness in a federal probe into passport information stolen from the State Department was fatally shot in front of a D.C. church. The Metropolitan Police said Lt. Quarles Harris who was cooperating in a federal investigators, was found slumped dead inside a car, in front of the Judah House Praise Baptist Church. A police officer patrolling the neighborhood heard gunshots and found Lt. Harris dead inside a vehicle, which investigators would describe only as a blue car. He was pronounced him dead at the scene.

Bill Gwatney, 48, the Arkansas state Democratic party chairman was killed when a man barged into the Arkansas Democratic headquarters and fatally shot him then sped off in a pickup. Police shot and killed the suspect identified as Timothy Dale Johnson, 50. Moments after the shooting, John- son pointed a handgun at a worker at the nearby Arkansas Baptist headquarters. An official there said he told the worker, “I lost my job.”
One more interesting thought; can anybody remember whole families being killed during the recessions of the recent past due to economic hard times?

Who knows if these deaths are mere coincidence or continuation of the Clinton administration's Management by Homicide?

Someone needs to file arrest papers on the guy in the White House. He has followed the Hitler tactic of telling the colossal lie and defending it no matter how obvious it becomes that it is a lie. We have absolutely no idea who is in the White House and as his employers, we have not only the right, but the obligation to find out.

At least Taitz has the guts to follow the evidence. Someone said he had not spend millions of tax payer dollars hiding his identity, but had spend only thousands as if that makes it right. Wrong! He first of all shouldn't be hiding his identity from the American public and secondly, he shouldn't be spending even one penny of our tax dollars doing it.

Obama is mentally ill and those who follow him are as stupid as the followers of Jim Jones who first fed the kookaid to their kids then to themselves. Like Jim, Obama has convinced his stupid followers to give the koolaid of oppression and taxation to their children and now the adults are taking the poisonous killer taxes themselves. All out of adoration for a charlatan.

Illnesses entering our country

The economic disaster of illegal immigration is just the tip of the iceberg. Not only are our fortunes in danger of being stolen and our lives taken by criminals allowed to illegally enter our country, our health is in danger from both the legal and illegal immigrants allowed to enter our country with undiagnosed and unquaarantined illnesses. Our airports have become an entry point for a variety of exotic microbes poised to take our health and even our lives.

The ill who enter our country are supposed to be quarantined for a period of time adequate to avoid spread of contagious disease. However, a study by USA Today compared airport ambulance calls with quarantine records and found absolutely no connection between the two. Even in what one might expect to be the nation's most germ conscious site, Atlanta's International Airport, there were only 102 quarantine reports for 2009 compared to 473 ambulance calls for passengers entering our country with fever, diarrhea, vomiting and flu symptoms.

Airlines are supposed to notify the CDC to quarantine ill passengers, but few take that precaution. The CDC reported only 91 quarantine reports from Florida, Alabama and Mississippi combined, while Miami International Airport alone recorded 185 ambulance calls for travelers with fever, vomiting, severe diarrhea and flu-like symptoms. There are probably many more who enter with various illnesses not serious enough to require emergency care. They are then allowed to spread their diseases throughout the country in taxis, hotels, subways, museums and restaurants.

All a killer superbug needs to enter America is a human host with a passport and an international airline ticket. Thousands, of airline passengers with fever and other obvious symptoms of contagious disease enter the U.S. every day and almost none are quarantined to determine if they are carrying microbes to infect millions. Even those so ill as to require emergency care at the airport, are rarely quarantined. Instead, they are transported to a local hospital, often at taxpayer expense, where they could infect already ill patients before being dismissed to transmit disease the general population.

Manufactured Crisis.... Errrr Excuse

How our enemy controlled media got Barack Obama elected President and is aiding him to systematically eliminate our Contsitutional rights.

In 2001, the Middle East "Islamic Nation" claimed credit for the attack on the Twin Towers and promised to "destroy America from within." In the pattern of Adolph Hitler, and as a first step toward fulfilling their promise, the Middle East countries that make up the Islamic nation used petro-heroin dollars to purchase stock in the U.S. media through blind funds. Large blocks of stock in the major networks (including FOX), news agencies, influential newspapers, and the parent companies of those organizations was acquired by the same Middle East countries who harbored the terrorists who attacked the Twin Towers in 2001. Americans who have traditionally trusted the media came under the influence of the our enemies.

The influence of Middle East petro/heroin dollars was immediately obvious in changes to news programming. Network news moved from reporting newsworthy events to influencing public opinion. During one of the most critical times in America's history, President George W. Bush was belittled, maligned and ridiculed before the world both in biased news reports and by unfunny late night comedians. The ground work was laid for the election of a Liberal candidate with loyalty only to the moneyed institutions who put him in office.

Following his first nationally broadcast speech, Barack Obama was identified as the obvious Democratic candidate for President and as the media's darling, he was able to defeat Hillary Clinton. Specifics about his obvious lack of qualification and likely ineligibility for the Presidency was suppressed. By implication, his critics were identified as racist. The Republican candidates, John McCain and Sarah Palin were villainized and ridiculed and in 2008, America elected what they believed to be the first African American to the Presidency of the United States.

Journalistic integrity was further sacrificed to propaganding and more cover ups were instituted to hide Mr. Obama's citizenship status and promote his socialistic programs. Half truths and misinformation became common-place and "The News" became little more than an on-going effort to influence American thought.


The Democratic Party, once known as the party of the people, having come under the control of the Mafia in the sixties, had no qualms about gaining power by forming coalitions with America's wealthiest enemies intent on destroying our country from within.

As the 2008 election neared, the media launched an all out effort to elect their candidate by generating a crisis in the rapidly expanding housing market. They persistently referred to increases in real estate prices as a "housing bubble" soon to 'bust' in drastically declining prices. In order to avoid the 'bust,' real estate investors and home owners flooded the market with properties resulting in a correction in the housing market which was interpreted by the media as the predicted 'bust.'

A few months before the election, the media began broadcasting news of an emergency in the banking industry. In an effort to further the election of their candidate, and justify a government take over of the economy, the media predicted an iminent panic in the banking industry. Banks mandated by the Fed, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac under Bill Clinton to make risky real estate loans, were forced to write down their real estate assets.

As the election neared, the media reported the situation as an economic emergency and predicted a panic worse than 1929. Confidence in the banking system plummeted. Saying, "There has been a widespread loss of confidence. Without immediate action by Congress, America can slip into a major panic." President Bush announced a 700 billion dollar bailout of the banking industry.

Despite the mass media news blackout, a series of books, talk radio and the blogosphere have managed to expose Barack Obama's connections to his radical mentors -- Weather Underground bombers William Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn, Communist Party member Frank Marshall Davis and others. David Horowitz and his Discover the Networks.org have also contributed a wealth of information and have noted Obama's radical connections since the beginning.
Yet, no one to my knowledge has yet connected all the dots between Barack Obama and the Radical Left. When seen together, the influences on Obama's life comprise a who's who of the radical leftist movement, and it becomes painfully apparent that not only is Obama a willing participant in that movement, he has spent most of his adult life deeply immersed in it.
But even this doesn't fully describe the extreme nature of this candidate. He can be tied directly to a malevolent overarching strategy that has motivated many, if not all, of the most destructive radical leftist organizations in the United States since the 1960s.
The Cloward-Piven Strategy of Orchestrated Crisis
In an earlier post, I noted the liberal record of unmitigated legislative disasters, the latest of which is now being played out in the financial markets before our eyes. Before the 1994 Republican takeover, Democrats had sixty years of virtually unbroken power in Congress - with substantial majorities most of the time. Can a group of smart people, studying issue after issue for years on end, with virtually unlimited resources at their command, not come up with a single policy that works? Why are they chronically incapable?
Why?
One of two things must be true. Either the Democrats are unfathomable idiots, who ignorantly pursue ever more destructive policies despite decades of contrary evidence, or they understand the consequences of their actions and relentlessly carry on anyway because they somehow benefit.
I submit to you they understand the consequences. For many it is simply a practical matter of eliciting votes from a targeted constituency at taxpayer expense; we lose a little, they gain a lot, and the politician keeps his job. But for others, the goal is more malevolent - the failure is deliberate. Don't laugh. This method not only has its proponents, it has a name: the Cloward-Piven Strategy. It describes their agenda, tactics, and long-term strategy.
The Strategy was first elucidated in the May 2, 1966 issue of The Nation mgazine by a pair of radical socialist Columbia University professors, Richard Andrew Cloward and Frances Fox Piven. David Horowitz summarizes it as:
The strategy of forcing political change through orchestrated crisis. The "Cloward-Piven Strategy" seeks to hasten the fall of capitalism by overloading the government bureaucracy with a flood of impossible demands, thus pushing society into crisis and economic collapse.
Cloward and Piven were inspired by radical organizer [and Hillary Clinton mentor] Saul Alinsky:
"Make the enemy live up to their (sic) own book of rules," Alinsky wrote in his 1989 book Rules for Radicals. When pressed to honor every word of every law and statute, every Judeo-Christian moral tenet, and every implicit promise of the liberal social contract, human agencies inevitably fall short. The system's failure to "live up" to its rule book can then be used to discredit it altogether, and to replace the capitalist "rule book" with a socialist one. (Courtesy Discover the Networks.org)
Newsmax rounds out the picture:
Their strategy to create political, financial, and social chaos that would result in revolution blended Alinsky concepts with their more aggressive efforts at bringing about a change in U.S. government. To achieve their revolutionary change, Cloward and Piven sought to use a cadre of aggressive organizers assisted by friendly news media to force a re-distribution of the nation's wealth.
In their Nation article, Cloward and Piven were specific about the kind of "crisis" they were trying to create:
By crisis, we mean a publicly visible disruption in some institutional sphere. Crisis can occur spontaneously (e.g., riots) or as the intended result of tactics of demonstration and protest which either generate institutional disruption or bring unrecognized disruption to public attention.
No matter where the strategy is implemented, it shares the following features:
The offensive organizes previously unorganized groups eligible for government benefits but not currently receiving all they can.
The offensive seeks to identify new beneficiaries and/or create new benefits.
The overarching aim is always to impose new stresses on target systems, with the ultimate goal of forcing their collapse.
Capitalizing on the racial unrest of the 1960s, Cloward and Piven saw the welfare system as their first target. They enlisted radical black activist George Wiley, who created the National Welfare Reform Organization (NWRO) to implement the strategy. Wiley hired militant foot soldiers to storm welfare offices around the country, violently demanding their "rights." According to a City Journal article by Sol Stern, welfare rolls increased from 4.3 million to 10.8 million by the mid-1970s as a result, and in New York City, where the strategy had been particularly successful, "one person was on the welfare rolls... for every two working in the city's private economy."
According to another City Journal article titled "Compassion Gone Mad":
The movement's impact on New York City was jolting: welfare caseloads, already climbing 12 percent a year in the early sixties, rose by 50 percent during Lindsay's first two years; spending doubled... The city had 150,000 welfare cases in 1960; a decade later it had 1.5 million.
The vast expansion of welfare in New York City that came of the NWRO's Cloward-Piven tactics sent the city into bankruptcy in 1975. Rudy Giuliani cited Cloward and Piven by name as being responsible for "an effort at economic sabotage." He also credited Cloward-Piven with changing the cultural attitude toward welfare from that of a temporary expedient to a lifetime entitlement, an attitude which in-and-of-itself has caused perhaps the greatest damage of all.
Cloward and Piven looked at this strategy as a gold mine of opportunity. Within the newly organized groups, each offensive would find an ample pool of foot soldier recruits willing to advance its radical agenda at little or no pay, and expand its base of reliable voters, legal or otherwise. The radicals' threatening tactics also would accrue an intimidating reputation, providing a wealth of opportunities for extorting monetary and other concessions from the target organizations. In the meantime, successful offensives would create an ever increasing drag on society. As they gleefully observed:
Moreover, this kind of mass influence is cumulative because benefits are continuous. Once eligibility for basic food and rent grants is established, the drain on local resources persists indefinitely.
The next time you drive through one of the many blighted neighborhoods in our cities, or read of the astronomical crime, drug addiction, and out-of-wedlock birth rates, or consider the failed schools, strapped police and fire resources of every major city, remember Cloward and Piven's thrill that "...the drain on local resources persists indefinitely."
ACORN, the new tip of the Cloward-Piven spear
In 1970, one of George Wiley's protégés, Wade Rathke -- like Bill Ayers, a member of the radical Students for a Democratic Society (SDS) -- was sent to found the Arkansas Community Organizations for Reform Now. While NWRO had made a good start, it alone couldn't accomplish the Cloward-Piven goals. Rathke's group broadened the offensive to include a wide array of low income "rights." Shortly thereafter they changed "Arkansas" to "Association of" and ACORN went nationwide.
Today ACORN is involved in a wide array of activities, including housing, voting rights, illegal immigration and other issues. According to ACORN's website: "ACORN is the nation's largest grassroots community organization of low-and moderate-income people with over 400,000 member families organized into more than 1,200 neighborhood chapters in 110 cities across the country," It is perhaps the largest radical group in the U.S. and has been cited for widespread criminal activity on many fronts.
Voting
On voting rights, ACORN and its voter mobilization subsidiary, Project Vote, have been involved nationwide in efforts to grant felons the vote and lobbied heavily for the Motor Voter Act of 1993, a law allowing people to register at motor vehicle departments, schools, libraries and other public places. That law had been sought by Cloward and Piven since the early1980s and they were present, standing behind President Clinton at the signing ceremony.
ACORN's voter rights tactics follow the Cloward-Piven Strategy:
Register as many Democrat voters as possible, legal or otherwise and help them vote, multiple times if possible.
Overwhelm the system with fraudulent registrations using multiple entries of the same name, names of deceased, random names from the phone book, even contrived names.
Make the system difficult to police by lobbying for minimal identification standards.
In this effort, ACORN sets up registration sites all over the country and has been frequently cited for turning in fraudulent registrations, as well as destroying republican applications. In the 2004-2006 election cycles alone, ACORN was accused of widespread voter fraud in 12 states. It may have swung the election for one state governor.
ACORN's website brags: "Since 2004, ACORN has helped more than 1.7 million low- and moderate-income and minority citizens apply to register to vote." Project vote boasts 4 million. I wonder how many of them are dead? For the 2008 cycle, ACORN and Project Vote have pulled out all the stops. Given their furious nationwide effort, it is not inconceivable that this presidential race could be decided by fraudulent votes alone.
Barack Obama ran ACORN's Project Vote in Chicago and his highly successful voter registration drive was credited with getting the disgraced former Senator Carol Moseley-Braun elected. Newsmax reiterates Cloward and Piven's aspirations for ACORN's voter registration efforts:
By advocating massive, no-holds-barred voter registration campaigns, they [Cloward & Piven] sought a Democratic administration in Washington, D.C. that would re-distribute the nation's wealth and lead to a totalitarian socialist state.
Illegal Immigration
As I have written elsewhere, the Radical Left's offensive to promote illegal immigration is "Cloward-Piven on steroids." ACORN is at the forefront of this movement as well, and was a leading organization among a broad coalition of radical groups, including Soros' Open Society Institute, the Service Employees International Union (ACORN founder Wade Rathke also runs a SEIU chapter), and others, that became the Coalition for Comprehensive Immigration Reform. CCIR fortunately failed to gain passage for the 2007 illegal immigrant amnesty bill, but its goals have not changed.
The burden of illegal immigration on our already overstressed welfare system has been widely documented. Some towns in California have even been taken over by illegal immigrant drug cartels. The disease, crime and overcrowding brought by illegal immigrants places a heavy burden on every segment of society and every level of government, threatening to split this country apart at the seams. In the meantime, radical leftist efforts to grant illegal immigrants citizenship guarantee a huge pool of new democrat voters. With little border control, terrorists can also filter in.
Obama aided ACORN as their lead attorney in a successful suit he brought against the Illinois state government to implement the Motor Voter law there. The law had been resisted by Republican Governor Jim Edgars, who feared the law was an opening to widespread vote fraud.
His fears were warranted as the Motor Voter law has since been cited as a major opportunity for vote fraud, especially for illegal immigrants, even terrorists. According to the Wall Street Journal: "After 9/11, the Justice Department found that eight of the 19 hijackers were registered to vote..."
ACORN's dual offensives on voting and illegal immigration are handy complements. Both swell the voter rolls with reliable democrats while assaulting the country ACORN seeks to destroy with overwhelming new problems.
Mortgage Crisis
And now we have the mortgage crisis, which has sent a shock wave through Wall Street and panicked world financial markets like no other since the stock market crash of 1929. But this is a problem created in Washington long ago. It originated with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), signed into law in 1977 by President Jimmy Carter. The CRA was Carter's answer to a grassroots activist movement started in Chicago, and forced banks to make loans to low income, high risk customers. PhD economist and former Texas Senator Phil Gramm has called it: "a vast extortion scheme against the nation's banks."
ACORN aggressively sought to expand loans to low income groups using the CRA as a whip. Economist Stan Leibowitz wrote in the New York Post:
In the 1980s, groups such as the activists at ACORN began pushing charges of "redlining"-claims that banks discriminated against minorities in mortgage lending. In 1989, sympathetic members of Congress got the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act amended to force banks to collect racial data on mortgage applicants; this allowed various studies to be ginned up that seemed to validate the original accusation.
In fact, minority mortgage applications were rejected more frequently than other applications-but the overwhelming reason wasn't racial discrimination, but simply that minorities tend to have weaker finances.
ACORN showed its colors again in 1991, by taking over the House Banking Committee room for two days to protest efforts to scale back the CRA. Obama represented ACORN in the Buycks-Roberson v. Citibank Fed. Sav. Bank, 1994 suit against redlining. Most significant of all, ACORN was the driving force behind a 1995 regulatory revision pushed through by the Clinton Administration that greatly expanded the CRA and laid the groundwork for the Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac borne financial crisis we now confront. Barack Obama was the attorney representing ACORN in this effort. With this new authority, ACORN used its subsidiary, ACORN Housing, to promote subprime loans more aggressively.
As a New York Post article describes it:
A 1995 strengthening of the Community Reinvestment Act required banks to find ways to provide mortgages to their poorer communities. It also let community activists intervene at yearly bank reviews, shaking the banks down for large pots of money.
Banks that got poor reviews were punished; some saw their merger plans frustrated; others faced direct legal challenges by the Justice Department.
Flexible lending programs expanded even though they had higher default rates than loans with traditional standards. On the Web, you can still find CRA loans available via ACORN with "100 percent financing . . . no credit scores . . . undocumented income . . . even if you don't report it on your tax returns." Credit counseling is required, of course.
Ironically, an enthusiastic Fannie Mae Foundation report singled out one paragon of nondiscriminatory lending, which worked with community activists and followed "the most flexible underwriting criteria permitted." That lender's $1 billion commitment to low-income loans in 1992 had grown to $80 billion by 1999 and $600 billion by early 2003.
The lender they were speaking of was Countrywide, which specialized in subprime lending and had a working relationship with ACORN.
Investor's Business Daily added:
The revisions also allowed for the first time the securitization of CRA-regulated loans containing subprime mortgages. The changes came as radical "housing rights" groups led by ACORN lobbied for such loans. ACORN at the time was represented by a young public-interest lawyer in Chicago by the name of Barack Obama. (Emphasis, mine.)
Since these loans were to be underwritten by the government sponsored Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, the implicit government guarantee of those loans absolved lenders, mortgage bundlers and investors of any concern over the obvious risk. As Bloomberg reported: "It is a classic case of socializing the risk while privatizing the profit."
And if you think Washington policy makers cared about ACORN's negative influence, think again. Before this whole mess came down, a Democrat-sponsored bill on the table would have created an "Affordable Housing Trust Fund," granting ACORN access to approximately $500 million in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac revenues with little or no oversight.
Even now, unbelievably -- on the brink of national disaster -- Democrats have insisted ACORN benefit from bailout negotiations! Senator Lindsay Graham reported last night (9/25/08) in an interview with Greta Van Susteren of On the Record that Democrats want 20 percent of the bailout money to go to ACORN!
This entire fiasco represents perhaps the pinnacle of ACORN's efforts to advance the Cloward-Piven Strategy and is a stark demonstration of the power they wield in Washington.
Enter Barack Obama
In attempting to capture the significance of Barack Obama's Radical Left connections and his relation to the Cloward Piven strategy, I constructed following flow chart. It is by no means complete. There are simply too many radical individuals and organizations to include them all here. But these are perhaps the most significant.
The chart puts Barack Obama at the epicenter of an incestuous stew of American radical leftism. Not only are his connections significant, they practically define who he is. Taken together, they constitute a who's who of the American radical left, and guiding all is the Cloward-Piven strategy.
Conspicuous in their absence are any connections at all with any other group, moderate, or even mildly leftist. They are all radicals, firmly bedded in the anti-American, communist, socialist, radical leftist mesh.
Saul Alinsky
Most people are unaware that Barack Obama received his training in "community organizing" from Saul Alinsky's Industrial Areas Foundation. But he did. In and of itself that marks his heritage and training as that of a radical activist. One really needs go no further. But we have.
Bill Ayers
Obama objects to being associated with SDS bomber Bill Ayers, claiming he is being smeared with "guilt by association." But they worked together at the Woods Fund. The Wall Street Journal added substantially to our knowledge by describing in great detail Obama's work over five years with SDS bomber Bill Ayers on the board of a non-profit, the Chicago Annenberg Challenge, to push a radical agenda on public school children. As Stanley Kurtz states:
"...the issue here isn't guilt by association; it's guilt by participation. As CAC chairman, Mr. Obama was lending moral and financial support to Mr. Ayers and his radical circle. That is a story even if Mr. Ayers had never planted a single bomb 40 years ago."
Also included in the mix is Theresa Heinz Kerry's favorite charity, the Tides Foundation. A partial list of Tides grants tells you all you need to know: ACLU, ACORN, Center for American Progress, Center for Constitutional Rights (a communist front,) CAIR, Earth Justice, Institute for Policy Studies (KGB spy nest), National Lawyers Guild (oldest communist front in U.S.), People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), and practically every other radical group there is. ACORN's Wade Rathke runs a Tides subsidiary, the Tides Center.
Carl Davidson and the New Party
We have heard about Bomber Bill, but we hear little about fellow SDS member Carl Davidson. According to Discover the Networks, Davidson was an early supporter of Barack Obama and a prominent member of Chicago's New Party, a synthesis of CPUSA members, Socialists, ACORN veterans and other radicals. Obama sought and received the New Party's endorsement, and they assisted with his campaign. The New Party also developed a strong relationship with ACORN. As an excellent article on the New Party observes: "Barack Obama knew what he was getting into and remains an ideal New Party candidate."
George Soros
The chart also suggests the reason for George Soros' fervent support of Obama. The President of his Open Society Institute is Aryeh Neier, founder of the radical Students for a Democratic Society (SDS). As mentioned above, three other former SDS members had extensive contact with Obama: Bill Ayers, Carl Davidson and Wade Rathke. Surely Aryeh Neier would have heard from his former colleagues of the promising new politician. More to the point, Neier is firmly committed to supporting the hugely successful radical organization, ACORN, and would be certain back their favored candidate, Barack Obama.
ACORN
Obama has spent a large portion of his professional life working for ACORN or its subsidiaries, representing ACORN as a lawyer on some of its most critical issues, and training ACORN leaders. In another excellent article on Obama's ACORN connections, Newsmax asks a nagging question:
It would be telling to know if Obama, during his years at Columbia, had occasion to meet Cloward and study the Cloward-Piven Strategy.
I ask you, is it possible ACORN would train Obama to take leadership positions within ACORN without telling him what he was training for? Is it possible ACORN would put Obama in leadership positions without clueing him into what his purpose was?? Is it possible that this most radical of organizations would put someone in charge of training its trainers, without him knowing what it was he was training them for?
As a community activist for ACORN; as a leadership trainer for ACORN; as a lead organizer for ACORN's Project Vote; as an attorney representing ACORN's successful efforts to impose Motor Voter regulations in Illinois; as ACORN's representative in lobbying for the expansion of high risk housing loans through Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac that led to the current crisis; as a recipient of their assistance in his political campaigns -- both with money and campaign workers; it is doubtful that he was unaware of ACORN's true goals. Fast-forward to 2005 when an obsequious, servile and scraping Daniel Mudd, CEO of Fannie Mae spoke at the Congressional Black Caucus swearing in ceremony for newly-elected Illinois Senator, Barack Obama. Mudd called, the Congressional Black Caucus "our family" and "the conscience of Fannie Mae."
In 2005, Republicans sought to rein in Fannie and Freddie. Senator John McCain was at the forefront of that effort. But it failed due to an intense lobbying effort put forward by Fannie and Freddie.
In his few years as a U.S. senator, Obama has received campaign contributions of $126,349, from Fannie and Freddie, second only to the $165,400 received by Senator Chris Dodd, who has been getting donations from them since 1988. What makes Obama so special?
His closest advisers are a dirty laundry list of individuals at the heart of the financial crisis: former Fannie Mae CEO Jim Johnson; Former Fannie Mae CEO and former Clinton Budget Director Frank Raines; and billionaire failed Superior Bank of Chicago Board Chair Penny Pritzker.
Johnson had to step down as adviser on Obama's V.P. search after this gem came out:
An Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight (OFHEO) report[1] from September 2004 found that, during Johnson's tenure as CEO, Fannie Mae had improperly deferred $200 million in expenses. This enabled top executives, including Johnson and his successor, Franklin Raines, to receive substantial bonuses in 1998.[2] A 2006 OFHEO report[3] found that Fannie Mae had substantially under-reported Johnson's compensation. Originally reported as $6-7 million, Johnson actually received approximately $21 million.
Obama denies ties to Raines but the Washington Post calls him a member of "Obama's political circle." Raines and Johnson were fined $3 million by the Office of Federal Housing Oversight for their manipulation of Fannie books. The fine is small change however, compared to the $50 million Raines was able to obtain in improper bonuses as a result of juggling the books.
Most significantly, Penny Pritzker, the current Finance Chairperson of Obama's presidential campaign helped develop the complicated investment bundling of subprime securities at the heart of the meltdown. She did so in her position as shareholder and board chair of Superior Bank. The Bank failed in 2001, one of the largest in recent history, wiping out $50 million in uninsured life savings of approximately 1,400 customers. She was named in a RICO class action law suit but doesn't seem to have come out of it too badly.
As a young attorney in the 1990s, Barack Obama represented ACORN in Washington in their successful efforts to expand Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) authority. In addition to making it easier for ACORN groups to force banks into making risky loans, this also paved the way for banks like Superior to package mortgages as investments, and for the Government Sponsored Enterprises Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to underwrite them. These changes created the conditions that ultimately lead to the current financial crisis.
Did they not know this would occur? Were these smart people, led by a Harvard graduate, unaware of the Econ 101 concept of moral hazard that would result from the government making implicit guarantees to underwrite private sector financial risk? They should have known that freeing the high-risk mortgage market of risk, calamity was sure to ensue. I think they did.

The unfair "Fairness Doctrine" Returns

2-17-09 Sounds like Henry Waxman, Democratic Representative from L.A. intends to push a form of the Fairness Doctrine through congress by calling it something less inflammatory and tying it to initial and renewal of broadcast licenses. He is said to be considering a law to require TV and radio to establish "advisory boards" to act as fairness watchdogs with complaints of unfairness considered in licensure decisions.
Waxman is also said to be considering legislation to force conservative Internet sites to link to liberal sites. He is also reported to be looking into content of Internet radio and conservative Internet sites. Funding in the stimulus package for extending broadband networks to rural areas may be the point of entry for controlling Internet content.
The liberal think tank Center for American Progress, and MoveOn.org, have published studies of Internet content and are reported to be mobilizing for a Supreme Court battle with conservative radio, TV and online groups. The Supreme Court has repeatedly struck down attempts to control Internet content, but as has recently become evident, the Supreme Court may no longer be a non-political entity to enforce Constitutional guarantees.
Isn’t it interesting that a liberal from L.A. where the media constantly pushes the envelope of free speech with obscenities and sexual perversion now fights against free speech for conservatives.

Stop the Media to Stop Obama

We are wasting our time trying to stop Obama's programs. He answers only to himself and he is convinced he can do no wrong. He learned is from the mainstream media.

As long as he is in office and the media continues its Obama worship, we will make no impact on the policies pursued by this man. We need to narrow our focus to getting Obama into court, out of office, and out of our lives as quickly as possible before any more damage is done.

If we are going to change the course of our country, we must first change the corrupt media that has moved us in this disastrous direction. The media got Obama elected and they are helping him force his various programs down our throat. By attacking the media, we can destroy the supply line of public approval that has enabled a liberal President and a liberal congress to run amok with our tax dollars, our security, and our freedoms.

By making a strategic hit on the media through their advertisers, we can demand fairness in reporting and hit Obama at his weakest point, his eligibility to serve which is also our only hope of removing this disease from our country.The mainstream media, including the NY Times, Washington Post, NBC, ABC, CBS, even FOX, RUSH, HANNITY and others have refused to address the issue of Obama's constitutional ineligibility to serve as President. I can understand all but Hannity and Rush. Their jobs must be on the line or else they are not who they say they are.

No matter the reason, they understand the language of money which is the only language spoken by the media decision makers. They exist on ratings, but only because ratings sell advertising. However advertisers won't buy ads if their product is being boycotted.The only way to change the media is to attack them where it hurts, the pocketbook. If we boycott their advertisers and let the advertisers know we will not buy their product until we see Obama's proof of Natural Born Citizenship, or see the case decided by the Supreme Court, the media may try to continue ignoring us, but when their advertising revenues decline, they will take notice.Its time the media engages in accurate reporting and reports the eligibility issue truthfully.

The media should be insisting the Supreme Court hear the cases against Obama and that the public see his proof of eligibility to serve as President and if he is not eligible then the media should insist he be removed from office immediately.Only by affecting their advertising revenue can we affect that kind of change. Yesterday the NY TImes had an article entitled Obama’s Pledge to Reform Ethics Faces an Early Test

By PETER BAKER It almost but not quite verged on criticism of the Great One, Obama, for promising a "New era of Responsibility" and delivering only two tax dodging cabinet nominees, a military contractor for the No. 2 post in the Pentagon, and lobbyists for positions of authority in agencies that regulate the very industries they represented. Of course Daschle was agrandized for 'apologizing' for not paying his taxes. Maybe we should all try that tactic with the IRS. I'm sure it would get us all off.

Isn't it time P.R. firms realized the time when the public could be distracted by false apologies is OVER. We've heard them so much they have lost all meaning. Throughout his campaign, Obama used them like candy to distract a child. Surely any intelligent human can see through that scam.
The article went on to say how the Dashle incident has already shown how, "when faced with the perennial clash between campaign rhetoric and Washington reality, Mr. Obama has proved willing to compromise." Isn't the compromise of ethics the problem? Compromised ethics means ther are no ethics at all. And that is what we have in Washington now. If Obama can't behave ethically by tellling the truth about his citizenship, how can we expect him to tell the truth about anything?

The article referred to Jimmy Carter's promise of a new day in Washington after Watergate but found itsself caught up in the scandal of top associates. Then there was Bill Clinton, champion of scum -- up util now, who promised “the most ethical administration in history.” And we all know what that meant. NOTHING but corruption. They say Mr. Bush also promised a new era of responsibility, but was ACCUSED of selling out to energy and military industries. And it was the NY Times and Washington who made the unsupported accusations.

It seems Jimmy Carter’s press secretary, Jody Powell, later founded a prominent lobbying firm and is quoted as saying, "It was better to establish lofty goals that might not be met than to not have any at all." Kind of like it's better to be a scum than nobody at all. YUK!

Three Republicans (Collins, Specter and Snowe) have expressed their intent to join Democrats to pass Obama's Spending plan for more than $1.1 trillion. If cloture is invoked today, with the help of the three Republicans, the bill is expected to achieve the 60 votes necessary for final passage when it comes to a full vote at noon on Tuesday,
In an obvious effort to avoid the overwhelming opposition of the public a non-roll call vote on cloture for the Collins/Nelson amendment is scheduled for a Saturday TODAY, Feb. 7, from 12:00 - 3:00 p.m.
The amendment is nothing more than a token change designed to placate the opposition of so many patriotic Americans to Obama's so-called Stimulus Plan. It will have no effect on the most onerous provisions of the plan and if allowed to achieve cloture, the amendment will pave the way to passage of the corrupt plan to lead our country into socialism as the frist step toward communism.
It is critical that every citizen IMMEDIATELY contact these three Republicans, their own Senators and Representatives from either party, and anyone else that might influence Monday's vote against Obama's plan.
Even this weekend we can CALL our Legislators. There may be no answer, but due to the huge call volume in opposition to this very issue, most are using answering machines during the work week as well as weekends. And they do listen to messages. We can send snail mail overnight or we can email, and FAX our opposition. We can contact, not only the three Republicans who abandoned their constituency to vote for this ridiculous plan, but our own Democrat Legislators who are placing loyalty to party over loyalty to their constituency.
The Plan sacrifices America's liberty and the liberty of OUR CHILDREN, GRANDCHILDREN AND THEIR GRANDCHILDREN who will not only pay the cost of the plan, but will live in the Socio-Communist country created by this plan that like many other Obama proposals violates the freedom guarantees of the U.S. Constitution.

This ridiculous rumor CANNOT be verified. It is nothing but a LIBERAL LIE.
The LIE was conceived by LIBERAL TRAITORS like Ann, or by liberals who take advantage of CHUMPS like her, to eliminate opposition to that part of Obama's idiotic stimulus plan so he and Pelosi can more easily cram it down the throats of the uninformed public. The four month extension is included in the Stimulus Plan in order to sneak it past congress under the cover of the trillion dollar expenditure.
The reason for the changeover, which was initiated under George Bush, is that digital transmission of television and radio signals will free up channels of communication for use in emergencies such as 9/11. (anyone remember trying to contact loved ones in NY on that date?)
The reason this America hating president is pushing this issue through is that should we survive another attack, emergency communication would be disrupted and human agony would escalate to a level high enough to enable him to further his dictatorship by stealing more of our liberties in the name of security.
The extension already approved by the uninformed House of Representatives, increases by four months the window of opportunity for Obama's partners in terror to inflict horrendous human damage on our country.

As a tax paying Oklahoman, I would like to suggest, no demand, that my tax dollar be used to support professors and others involved in producing the Best Shows possible without regard to the social issues best addressed in private or in ethics, political science, and philosophy classes.
Theaters who imagine some obligation to make "social change" and address "social issues" are the reason theaters throughout the U.S. are closing their doors.
Both university and free standing theaters need to get over themselves

Lawyer in eligibility case seeks records of secret discussions

A lawyer whose case challenging Barack Obama's eligibility to occupy the Oval Office was denied a hearing in the U.S. Supreme Court says she will demand records of a meeting between the justices and the president.

California lawyer Orly Taitz, who has several cases pending over the issue of Obama's status as a "natural born" citizen, told WND she will take action soon.

Her case was the most recent on which the Supreme Court held a "conference," an off-the-record discussion at which justices discuss whether to take a case. Taitz told WND the justices decided Jan. 23 to deny her case a hearing on its merits.

The result was the same for previous cases brought by Philip Berg, whose information is on his ObamaCrimes.com website, as well as Cort Wrotnowski.

Like Berg's cases, Taitz said hers now reverts to the lower court, where it was pending when her emergency appeals were submitted to the Supreme Court.

But the Supreme Court's actions now may become the subject of further questions, because Obama visited with the justices in their private chambers in a meeting closed to the public just before his inauguration. Taitz said a defendant in a legal action meeting with the judges who are deciding the case without having a representative from the other side is unprecedented – and unacceptable.

"I will file a motion to the chief justice to compel the records of this private meeting, that was held only a few days before my case was supposed to be heard," Taitz said in a posting on her #website.

"I would like to get information about what was discussed," she told WND in an interview. "It's unheard of for the Supreme Court to meet with [one] party when a case is pending."
Multiple reports confirmed Obama met in private with eight of the nine justices. Justice Samuel Alito was absent.

The meeting, wrote Taitz, was "only a few days before my case was supposed to be heard, where the plaintiffs state that Mr. Soetoro-Obama is illegitimate for [the] presidency due to the fact that his father was a foreign subject and there is no evidence that Mr. Obama was really born in Hawaii, since the state of Hawaii statute 338 allows foreign born children of Hawaiian residents to obtain Hawaiian certification of live birth and such certification can be obtained based on an affidavit of one relative only."

Taitz noted there have been almost three dozen legal actions over the issue, but Obama has refused to provide his original birth certificate, no hospital in Hawaii has records of his birth and there have been people who claim he was born in Kenya.

"We believe that Mr. Obama has spent over $800,000 on numerous #attorneys to keep his original birth certificate sealed, because the original vault birth certificate does not provide any corroborating evidence from any hospital about him being born there," Taitz said.
"Additionally, Mr. Obama has immigrated to Indonesia as a child with his mother and stepfather Lolo Soetoro and his school records from Indonesia show his legal name to be Barry Soetoro, citizen of Indonesia," she said.

Taitz said the meeting isn't the only suspicious activity at the Supreme Court. One day after Obama's inauguration, all of the docketing information about her case suddenly was deleted from the court's website.

While it eventually was restored, there has been no explanation of the deletion, she said.
"I will be demanding from the Chief Justice John Roberts an immediate full investigation as to how the information about a case of national and world importance … disappeared from the docket of the Supreme Court," she said.

Berg also has released a statement that his cases, after his emergency requests to the Supreme Court regarding Obama's eligibility were denied hearings on their merits, have resumed their routes through the court. #His most recent conference at the Supreme Court had the justices rejecting his request for an injunction. But he said three cases still are pending.
"I am proceeding for the 305-plus million people in 'our' U.S.A., for 'our' forefathers and for the thousands and thousands that have died defending our Constitution with the legal fight to prove that Obama is not constitutionally qualified to be president," he said.

One of his cases is on behalf of a retired member of the U.S. military who could be recalled to action. The officer, the lawsuit demands, needs to know Obama's eligibility in order to determine whether his orders should be followed.

WND has reported on many of the lawsuits filed in recent months that allege in various ways Obama does not meet the "natural born citizen" clause of the U.S. Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, which reads, "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the #Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President."

Some allege his birth took place in Kenya, and his mother was a minor at the time of his birth – too young to confer American citizenship. The cases argue Obama's father, Barack Obama Sr., was a Kenyan citizen subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom at the time and would have handed down British citizenship.

There also are questions raised about Obama's move to Indonesia when he was a child and his attendance at school there when only Indonesian citizens were allowed and his trip to Pakistan in the 1980s when such travel was forbidden to American citizens.

One case, handled by lawyers including Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation, is seeking Obama's school records from Occidental College, which could reveal if Obama attended class on aid intended for foreign students.

That case states, "Should Senator Obama be discovered, after he takes office, to be ineligible for the Office of President of the United States of America and, thereby, his election declared void, Americans will suffer irreparable harm in that (a) usurper will be sitting as the President of the United States, and none of the treaties, laws, or executive orders signed by him will be valid or legal."

The case was filed on behalf of Ambassador Alan Keyes, a presidential candidate himself.
Obama has claimed in his autobiography and elsewhere that he was born in Hawaii in 1961 to parents Barack Hussein Obama Sr., a Kenyan national, and Stanley Ann Dunham, a minor. But details about which hospital handled the birth and other details provided on the complete birth certificate have been withheld by Obama despite lawsuits and public demands for release. to investigate issues surrounding Obama's birth. But his research and discoveries only raised more questions.

The biggest question was why, if a Hawaii birth certificate exists as his campaign stated, Obama hasn't simply ordered it made available to settle the rumors.

The governor's office in Hawaii said there is a valid certificate but rejected requests for access and left ambiguous its origin: Does the certificate on file with the Department of Health indicate a Hawaii birth or was it generated after the Obama family registered a Kenyan birth in Hawaii?

Orly Taitz, the California lawyer for one of almost three dozen cases challenging Obama's constitutional eligibility for the Presidency is filing a motion demanding records of the "closed" meeting between eight of the U.S. Supreme Court justices and Obama just before the case was denied a hearing.

One of the Taitz' clients in the case is a U.S. military retiree who could be called to action and is demanding proof that Obama is eligible to serve as Commander in Chief in order to determine whether he will be obligated to follow his orders.

Obama’s unprescedented "closed" meeting was with eight of the U.S. Supreme Court Justices who would soon thereafter deny the case. It was held in secret without representatives of Taitz' clients present. (Justice Samuel Alito is reported to have been absent from the meeting)
Additionally just before Taitz; case was denied, information regarding it was mysteriously deleted from the docketing information on the U.S. Supreme Court website which may explain the almost total online silence at the time the case was denied.

The Taitz case will now revert to the same lower court, where it has been pending since before the emergency appeal was sutmitted to the Supreme Court.

Some of the remaining unanswered questions are:
If Obama is eligible to serve as U.S. President, why has he not presented proof?
Why has he around $800,000 on attorneys to keep his birth records sealed? Why have Hawaiian officials issued only ambiguous statements regarding the birth documents that could quickly settle the issue of his eligibility under the "natural born citizen" clause of the U.S. Constitution?

And perhaps more importantly, why did the U.S. Supreme Court, not do its duty to defend the U.S. Constitution by demanding proof of every candidate’s eligibility before the tax payer’s dollar was wasted electing a candidate who is not eligible to serve?

Of course as I'm sure the U.S. Supreme Court, Obama's attorneys, and the literate public knows, should he be declared ineligible to serve as President now, the consequences could be dire. His election would be void, none of the treaties, laws, or executive orders he has signed would be legal, and our country might be plunged into a bloody Civil War.

What are our options? And is it too late to eliminate this power hungry criminal from the leadership of our country before he does any more damage?
